- A well-established college imparting quality education.
- Adequate infrastructure on a spacious, clean, and green campus spread over 32.28 acres.
- All eligible courses are accredited by the NBA (Scores: CSE – 735; EEE – 725; IT – 707; ECE – 701; Mech – 686; Civil – 633).
- A visionary, committed, and supportive management provides faculty members and students with all necessary support. Incentives are provided to faculty members for publications, seminars, and conferences. Merit-based scholarships and incentives are also provided to students.

- The institute has sufficient faculty strength. Faculty members are enthusiastic and proactive. All faculty members show keen interest in research and actively submit research proposals to various agencies, along with filing a significant number of patents. To maintain departmental quality at all levels, a dual-HOD system is followed, which is a unique feature.
- The institute has sports facilities, such as a gym, a playground, and courts for various indoor and outdoor games, with ramps provided in all buildings.
- NSS and YRC are active, and students actively participate in social activities such as the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, blood donation camps, and various awareness programs.

Salient Features of VSB Engineering College
- Secured the 3rd rank in the Academic Ranking of Anna University among the 550 engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu in April and December 2016.
- Secured five gold medals and 253 university ranks in the results published by Anna University, Chennai.
- The Times of India reported that V.S.B. College of Engineering, Technical Campus, Coimbatore, is the only college in and around Coimbatore with a pass percentage exceeding 85% in semester examinations.
- The campus is home to approximately 3,000 trees, a variety of birds, and students. Our institution received the Best Green Campus Award from the Sakthi Devi Foundation, Erode.
